The Idaho Pasture Pig breed is less than 20 years old, and growing in popularity due to their friendly dispositions, smaller size and ability to thrive on primarily grass. The breed is a mix of Kunekune, Old Berkshire and Duroc breeds, and while they take just a few months longer to reach butcher weight than traditional breeds, their pork is worth the wait!
Stoney Glade Farm is a registered breeder of Idaho Pasture Pigs, and we sell breeding stock and feeder piglets twice a year- spring and fall. We are expecting our next litter just after Christmas! Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to see more of our IPP family!
More information about the Idaho Pasture Pig breed and registry can be found at www.IdahoPasturePigRegistry.com.
Our fall 2024 litter is sold out! We are currently taking names for our Spring 25 wait list. Piglets will be available in early March 2025.
Barbie: Barbie is an excellent mom, and enjoys belly rubs and strawberries.
Johnny Cash: Johnny loves Barbie, and getting sprayed with the hose in the summer.
